ECC2019 Terms and Conditions

• If applicable only delegates who have made payment in full or supplied a valid purchase order number will be allowed entrance to the ECC2019.
• Cancellations must be requested in writing to s.kruger@esteq.com prior to the event.
• If sponsored delegates register and do not attend an invoice of R2,500.00 excl. VAT will be sent.
• Individuals are entitled to substitute registrations that have been confirmed. Only written substitution requests will be considered – no telephonic requests for substitution will be accepted.
